Last week we looked at the story
Goldilocks and the Three Bears.
We read the original story, and made a story map by drawing the inside
of the three bears' house, including the three bowls of porridge, three
chairs, and three beds. Goldilocks is hidden in our pictures as well -
can you see her?
Finally, we rewrote the ending to the three bear's story and called the new ending, When Goldilocks
Returns! Here are a few samples. . .
We read some of the funny versions of Goldilocks as well, and enjoyed the differences in each book. How would you rewrite the story of Goldilocks? Would you give it a different ending?
