Lots of discussion and problem solving going on during this activity! Here is the sheet
Very little teacher input was offered. . . . Each group had to decide how they were going measure and record, what they would do if two people had the same size, what if someone got behind in their measuring. . .it was wonderful to watch each group support everyone in their group and to work together to solve some of the problems that came up. A real community of learners!

Some decided to put all the people who had the same size on one line, some decided to check birth dates and the person who was born first was listed first and some just listed them one after another. Some of these runners might make the shoe market, don't you think? Do you work as a team in your job?
