Would You Take The Bait?

Just before we left for spring break we read the book, "Simon's Hook."  It's a book that talks about teasing and how we can respond when others try to 'bait' us with unkind words.  We learned many ways to deal with someone who is teasing us.  We can: ignore the teasing, agree with the teasing, change the subject, make a joke or walk away.  We practiced all five ways as a group, and then worked on posters to help us remember what to do if someone says something unkind to us.
