Time to Relax

We are learning yoga in gym!  Here are some pictures of us doing some of our poses.

 Downward Dog!
 Frog Pose ~ we even got to jump and practice our landing!

 Cat and Cow - great for the spine!







Child Pose - so relaxing!

Corpse - some of us almost fell asleep!
We end with Namasta - a thank you to ourselves, each other and the world.
