Our Potatoes are Sprouting!

We were so surprised one morning this past week when we checked our potatoes.  They had sprouted!  The potatoes are reaching up through the soil and we noticed tiny leaves starting to form.  In total we planted 25 Warba potatoes and the students were asked to estimate how many potatoes they think we will harvest, and how large each potato will be.  Most students think that we will harvest between 20-35 potatoes, and most think that they will be fairly large potatoes.
